Two Step Ordering Process
To ensure your complete satisfaction, all on-line orders will go thru a two-step confirmation process.  This two-step process will provide you with: order confirmation, exact shipping charges, and shipping date before we process the order and credit card charges. You can be assured that there won't be any surprises!
Here's how it works…

Step One:
 Place your order on our Secured Web Site.  A Web Store Receipt will automatically be sent to you by email informing you that your order has been received and is currently being processed.  This email will also instruct you to wait for a short period of time for a second fully itemized email.
Step Two:
 This second email will be processed and sent to you in a timely manner for your final approval.  It will include a complete breakdown of ( 1 ) your ordered products, ( 2 ) UPS GROUND shipping charges ( exactly what we pay for shipping ), ( 3 ) sales tax ( if applicable, Florida shipping address only )  ( 4 ) your shipping date ( usually shipped out same or next day )
 Upon your review of this second email, your confirmation is only a click away.  Simply reply to this email to send your approval to us.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order information or have questions, please contact us for a full explanation.
 We will never charge your credit card until we have received this second confirmation from you.  Upon receiving your second confirmation, your order will be finalized and shipped.
